Set up for master bedroom on side of nightstand. Great because you do not have to call out commands and wake people up.
I bought this to mount below the real light switch for my toddler. So far so good, groups work well. No real problems with signal
I used this to make several virtual 3 way switches using associations. The remote generally functions well, but sometimes I need to press more than once for to toggle lights even though I have made direct associations. It seems to me that the association sends an on, and then an off, not a "toggle" command as the documentation states. For example, if I turn the lights on with the wall switch, I will have to push the remote twice to turn them off.
So far so good. No issues. I will have to see how long the battery life lasts
I use this plus a Broadlink IR blaster to replace my old Harmony. The Zooz gives me a convenient Hubitat scene that controls my media and light equipment. One button push in the morning to wake everything and one push before bed to shut down. Perfect. Zooz makes good stuff.
